Q: Where can I find a copy of the waiver?
A: Any competitor under the age of 18 MUST complete the PARENTAL CONSENT FORM with their parent or guardian and bring it with them on the day of competition. Any competitor over the age of 18 must complete the EVENT WAIVER. The waiver should be printed, signed, and brought to the check-in table on the day of the competition. Minor forms must include the signature of their parent or guardian. The club name is "Terp Wushu Club." Should a competitor refuse to sign the waiver, they will not be allowed to compete in any events.
Q: Where do I send my forms and payment?
A: You can send a copy of your waiver to our email address firstname.lastname@example.org or bring the waiver with you on competition day and turn it in as you register. Payment can be made by cash, check, credit card, debit card, or ACH Transfer. Payments using a credit card, debit card, or ACH Transfer may be completed online via. the PayPal link sent with your registration confirmation email. If you pay by check, be sure to make it payable to "Terp Wushu Club" and bring it with you on competition day as you check-in. Credit/Debit cards are also accepted at the check in table.
Q: Are there any spectator fees?
A: Spectator admission is free! On competition day, proceed directly to the spectator seating area!
Q: Can I leave my child and come back when the competition is over?
A: NO! If your child is younger than 13 years old, you must sign-in along with your child and acknowledge that you will be present to supervise your child for the duration of the tournament until both you and your child leave. We do not have any designated chaperones for children left unattended and are not responsible for watching any young children. Please make sure that you or another parent/legal guardian is at the tournament with your child at all times.
Q: Where do I park?
Parking is free in any unrestricted lots on campus. We recommend parking at lots Lots J2, K1, and K2 located near Ritchie Coliseum on competition day. For more information on parking, please refer to the map below, as well as this Campus Parking Map. Please read all signs at the entrance of each lot before parking. TerpWushu will not claim responsibility for any parking violations or damages to your vehicle while on campus.
